OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY
Offensive Lineman

Starting Right Tackle has played in more games than any other member of his team, with 44 games in his college career and 22 starts. He played as starting right tackle for all games in the 1998-1999 season and a total of 8 starts for the 1997-1998 season. He is one of the most experienced Buckeyes in terms of games played, starting assignments, offensive line positions played, and marked his senior year as his most dramatic year of improvement. His performances on the field are a big reason Ohio State ranked fifth nationally in total offense and first in the Big Ten. This key veteran of the offensive line has played varsity positions as both right and left tackle, right and left guard, as well as a practice center during his redshirt year. Brooks has a terrific attitude and always performs well when called upon. His tremendous versatility in playing positions has earned him the title of SUPERSUB when he was not starting. And he has been a commanding back-up for Orlando Pace, Korey Stringer, Eric Gohlstin, and Rob Murphy. As a member of the record-breaking senior class in number of games won, Brooks is prepared to bring his wealth of experience, skills and dedication to excellence to the professional level.
